Partner: Michael Hodes has been a wealth preservation and elder law attorney for over 37 years. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Communications from Penn State University where he honed his already natural ability to engage an audience, draw them in, and keep them listening.  He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1975 and soon thereafter founded a 50 person Towson based law firm.

Partner: Primarily serving the counties of the Eastern Shore as managing attorney of Michael Hodes, LLC’s Cambridge office, Chad Malkus represents clients in a wide variety of elder care, estate planning, wealth preservation, and real estate transactions. His practice includes elder care law, estate planning, real estate development, wealth preservation, land use, zoning, and general business planning and advisory services.

Mitch Cornwell, an attorney and a certified public accountant,  has concentrated in estate and business planning in Easton for almost 28 years as part of his general practice, the last six years as a solo practitioner.  His former office is now the Easton office of Michael Hodes, LLC.

Ms. Levy primarily focuses her practice on the areas of elder care, estate planning, and social security disability benefits.  In addition, Ms. Levy helps veterans and their spouses apply for Veterans Benefits.
